Pre-Order Policy
Thank you for supporting HAVOC Collectables NZ! Pre-orders allow us to secure limited-edition and upcoming collectibles on your behalf. Please read the following carefully before placing a pre-order.
Deposits & Payment Pre-orders require a non-refundable deposit at the time of purchase. The deposit amount is listed on each product page. The remaining balance must be paid within 7 days of receiving your balance invoice. Failure to pay within 7 days may result in your pre-order being cancelled and your deposit being forfeited.
Pricing Pre-order prices are estimates based on information available at the time of listing. In rare cases, final pricing may be adjusted due to factors outside our control (such as increased shipping or import costs). You will be notified of any price changes before your balance is invoiced.
Estimated Arrival Dates Estimated arrival dates are provided in good faith based on supplier information and are subject to change. Delays caused by manufacturers, shipping carriers, or customs are outside our control. We will keep you updated on any significant changes.
Cancellations & Refunds Pre-order deposits are non-refundable. If you wish to cancel your pre-order before the balance invoice is issued, please contact us as soon as possible. Once the balance has been paid and the item has shipped, our standard return policy applies.
Fulfilment Pre-orders are fulfilled in the order they are received. Items will be dispatched once the full balance has been received and stock has arrived.
Payment Policy
General Payments All prices on HAVOC Collectables NZ are listed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD). Full payment is required at the time of purchase for in-stock items.
Pre-Order Payments Balance invoices for pre-orders will be issued via email once your item has arrived and is ready to ship. Please ensure your contact details are up to date to avoid delays.
Late or Failed Payments If payment is not received within 7 days of the balance invoice being issued, HAVOC Collectables NZ reserves the right to cancel the order and re-list the item. Deposits will not be refunded in this case.
Payment Methods We accept all major payment methods available at checkout. All transactions are processed securely.
Currency All transactions are processed in NZD. International customers are responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by their bank or payment provider.
