Rating: UNSATISFACTORY. Again.

"Where do I BEGIN.

Zartan was hired — at considerable expense — as Cobra's premier infiltration asset. Master of disguise. Unmatched in deception. A ghost who walks among enemies undetected.

He has used these gifts to: impersonate ME. TWICE. The second time was at my own birthday celebration. I will not elaborate further.

His Dreadnoks consumed seventeen cases of grape soda and a warehouse of chocolate covered donuts during Operation Iron Fist. They did not complete Operation Iron Fist.

I will concede one point in his favour: when I needed Serpentor removed — that insufferable, genetically engineered usurper who had the audacity to declare himself Emperor of Cobra — Zartan put an arrow through him. One shot. No hesitation. Cobra Command was restored to its rightful leader. That arrow may be the single greatest contribution to this organisation in its history.

And yet — and this is what keeps me up at night — he is irreplaceable. The man can become anyone. He walks into a G.I. Joe briefing and walks out with their battle plans. I hate that I need him.
